SEM Scanner Clinical Data Briefings:

April 2014

Barbara Bates-Jensen (BBJ), PhD, RN, FAAN, Associate Professor at UCLA School of Nursing and Medicine, in conjunction with Bruin Biometrics will be conducting a series of clinical briefings and discussions on new pressure ulcer diagnostic technologies.

BBJ will present clinical research data and introduce a novel approach for pressure ulcer detection that promises to change the way patients are assessed.

The global services firm, Deloitte, will preview their White Paper on imminent changes to pan-European pressure ulcer policies, quality measures, and reimbursement approaches.

Avodex Partners, Bruin Biometrics’ Contract Research Organization, will present data from our SEM Scanner peri-wound study. These data offer a quantified characterization of tissue afflicted by pressure ulcers.
